1. Terms

By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.



2. Contract with Outsider Consulting, LLC

By purchasing products and services from the School, you are entering into a contractual relationship with Outsider Consulting, LLC, "the Company", a company in the state of Arizona.

NATURE OF COACHING. You affirm that the COACHING you receive is NOT clinical counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or any other professional service under regulatory oversight. Any actions you take based on the Coaching or Consulting are your sole responsibility.

NATURE OF ASSESSMENTS. If you have purchased assessments (such as Hogan Assessments), you accept them “As Is” and acknowledge that the Company has no control and gives no guarantee in relation to the construct, administration, reporting, validity, interpretability, or any psychometric component of the listed Assessments, which are owned and / or controlled by third parties.

HOLD HARMLESS, INDEMNITY, CONFIDENTIALITY. You agree to hold the Company harmless for any expense, damage, or losses arising out of these services. You agree to indemnify the Company with regard to any Intellectual Property the you might provide. The Company will not publicly disclose any of your confidential or proprietary information of the Client’s, without the your express permission, or if compelled by court order.

GENERATED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Any Intellectual Property the Company generates in this process will be the sole property of the Company. The Company affirms that, to the best of its knowledge, any materials or intellectual property it creates are original and / or do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

CANCELLATION. You or the Company may cancel services at any time, for any reason. Upon your request, Outsider will refund the unused portion, if any, of already-processed payments.

SIGN-OFF OF DELIVERABLES. Once you have received a product or service, we consider you have "de facto" confirmed satisfactory delivery when one of these occurs (whichever is first):
-After 30 days with no complaint or refund request made to the Company

-When you purchase another product or service, or make the next payment on a subscription



3. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  2. modify or copy the materials;
  3. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
